Buying a used car, this guy promises a lot of repairs but on the contract writes down the bare minimum. That way he can talk and not deliver.
Got in an accident a month after getting a brand new car and it was completely smashed up in the front. Lake Street auto was where it was towed and after talking to them and hearing how they 100% guarantee their work for the life of the car I felt comfortable having them do the repairs. A couple weeks later I was able to pick up my car and was so happy with how it looked. You honestly couldn't tell anything had happened and it looked good as new! Even when I found a few issues later on that weren't easily noticeable they got the car right back in and took care of everything with no hassle at all. There is no evidence of it being in an accident at all - inside or out of the car!

He asked me for a huge deposit on a car I wanted to buy. One day later, I decided the car had too many needed repairs. He refused to give me any of my deposit back.
Although I am related to the owners, I can say without a doubt they have always been there for an questions or concerns I have had. Service with a smile and I highly recommend!
