It's really nice to have a store like this in the area. I have tried twice now to get services from the Benefit Brow Bar. Today my daughter called ahead to set up an appointment. She was told to just come in anytime. When we arrived the person working the brow bar was on break :(
This place is the worst, very limited, selection wise. I’ve called a few times to inquire about items available and always told they have it, I’ve even asked them to hold items and once I’m there they’re never in stock. This is a 40 min drive for me to have my time wasted. I’ll go out of my way to go to the N.Smithfield or Attleboro store instead where they are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.
My experience at ulta was amazing!!!! The store is super clean, and the staff there are so helpful! Ulta has an incredible selection of brands, with a wide price range. I will DEFINITELY be returning, even though it is out of the way from my neighborhood. Highly recommend this store and also recommend signing up for an ulta rewards card, it gives you great benefits every time you shop.
I used to shop Macy’s for all of my Clinique products. When this store location opened I switched out of convenience and they assured me they stood by their return/exchange policies the same way. I spent 90.00 on a repair serum THEY recommended rather than buying the one I always have. Turns out my skin reacted and since I did not buy it under a reward number or have my receipt they said I can only receive the lowest price it has sold for rather than an even exchange. Turns out that miraculously their lowest price sold included people using “rewards points” to purchase - and this was at ZERO DOLLARS. Funny how that happens on a product you can’t use coupons on? I will drive the 40 minutes to Macy’s- or pay shipping before giving this store my business again. The staff here has zero knowledge on the skin and hair product lines they carry. Incredibly disappointing.
No problem with the break, just would have liked to have been given a time when we could be seen. The staff could be a little friendlier too.
Horrible!!!!! I called for a hair appointment for prom and they told me they were having a deal hair and makeup for $65. When i got there one girl did my makeup and she make my face too light and used yellow eye shadow when my dress is purple. I had asked her for a natural look since i dont wear makeup often. It was caked on and you could see how much she put on because it was not my skin tone. Then i had an older lady do my hair. I asked her to do a simple side braid with waves out of the bottom and she teased my whole head. I asked her to re do it 3 times and she just kept teasing the curls even after i asked her not to and just leave them as is after they come off the curling iron. Finally i just got up because my hair was horrible and i went to pay. They told me it was $120. I had been told $65 but when i told them they told me there has never been a deal like that before so i had to pay. Also they made me pay an extra $10 for the manager doing my hair but my hair sucked and i hated every part of it. I will never go back they do not care about what you look like or if you like it and they do not listen to anything you want it is ridiculous. And the manager isnt even good at her job to be a good example.
