The food here was absolutely disgusting. Once we arrived, the booth was too small to even be able to sit all of the people that we had with us. Then our food came and I had gotten the Aged Cheddar and Mushroom burger, and they served it with a knife through it, which is fitting, because they killed the flavor in the burger. It was dry and the mushrooms and cheddar offered no flavor. There was probably more flavor in the wax paper that the burger was served on, which had a pool of grease in it, I might add. The only thing good on my plate was the fries, and even those were mediocre at best. In all seriousness, you're better off eating the food at the PetSmart in the same plaza.
Gene , Carl and Debbie are always on the floor making sure people are being attended to and are happy. They take time to chat with customers and the children.
The Wait staff are polite they listen to your requests and are always cheerful.

Hands down our favorite chain restaurant. Best value, best service, best environment (especially if you or someone in your party has a food allergy). Recently had an exceptional experience where our server Lindsay M was by far one of the best servers we have had. Thank you for such a great dinning experience.

When my husband and I go we always feel the Managers make a point of talking to us and at times even have a little joke with us.
Received some promotions in the mail and decided to try UNOs. Went with my wife and 2 young kids. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The store manager gave us another round of nachos/guacamole while we waited (not very long) for our meals. A few weeks later, we ordered take out and the store manager went above and beyond in service - driving to our house to fix an order. The store seems well managed and it's no surprise at all times of the day it is busy. The store is also very clean. We will keep going to UNOs as the service is excellent. They care deeply about their customers. Pizza is well done.
I've been to this location a few times to play trivia. My husband and I always settle at the bar. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. We always get the 50 cent wings after 9pm on Wednesdays, and they're absolutely delicious! Service has been excellent as well. The one and only issue I've had is the cleanliness of the booths near the bar. They always seem a bit sticky. Not a big deal - it is a bar, after all. I recommend this place for a quick bite, drinks, or as a trivia location.
