Wow. Unbelievable. I stood in front of the lady at the cashier waiting for her to finish what she was doing. She looked at me 3 or 4 times and didn't say a word and just kept doing whatever she was doing. After standing there for 5 minutes I put the game (which I WAS going to buy) back on the shelf and walked out. Sorry gamestop but before hiring an employee make sure they aren't dumbasses and that they have a tiny bit of common sense because they are kind of ruining your reputation.

Two times in a week I've used this store worst service I have ever encountered at a game stop I've bought my PS3, PS4, PS4 Pro and an Xbox One S at gamestops and I am also a Pro member for numerous years. And I've never been treated so poorly as I have at this location. I have always been a huge advocate for GameStop but I will make sure people avoid this location like the plague. Terrible customer service. I work in retail myself and no one should ever be treated like this at a store where they spend so much money...
Not the best with customer service. Worked there longer than the manager currently in charge, and i can tell you that she isn't in the gaming experience. She just sells games and never really plays alot of them, so she can't fully go in depth into new released games. Other employees there are very helpful though, fast and very kind.
