just bad. not enough employees to help me. whn someone does help me I asked specically for an office chair that goes up and down and back. the chair i got is garbage plus they delivered my chair to my neighbors house. I also find staples to be so expensive that i will never go back

I went there this evening to have very last minute Christmas photo cards made. The young woman Cecelia who was working in the printing dept. helped me design & process my order in no time at all. She was pleasant, professional & the cards came out beautiful. Great customer service!
Staff is rude. CPC staff would rather you use the self serve printers than process jobs. On two occasions the CPC staff outright refused to process my order. There is another Staples a few exits up 495 in Milford next to Bed, Bath & Beyond. if you need something printed, go see the wonderful staff at the Milford store.
