Prices are good.have to deal with people sometimes but no problem checking out.
Great prices and good variety. Organic veggie/fruit section pretty good. Can get crazy busy but check outs always all open.
On one of the worst days to enter a grocery store, the day before Thanksgiving, Market Basket has really outdone themselves. It's pouring here in Massachusetts and they have employees outside with umbrellas waiting to walk customers to their cars. What an amazing company to really think of their customers during the craziness of Thanksgiving. Thank you Market Basket, keep up the wonderful customer service!
Was a great experience for my first time. The only thing I would change is the parkin lot outside . Crazy set up trying to get in and out
I have been shopping at Market Basket for more than eight years and always found them friendly and helpful until today 10/26/17. They had a special last week on an item they did not have in stock. My wife called and she was told that they would give her a rain check and that she could received the item at the discount when it came in. They even told her to go to the service desk tell them her name and the rain check would be waiting for her. As her husband I went on her behalf and no rain check and rudely told that the sale was last week!!! Great, have your lost leader, but no item stocked, promise someone that you would give them a rain-check and then re-nag. Sorry Market Basket, though I will still shop at your store, you have left a bad taste after eight years shopping.
