I bought a deadbolt lock for my house. And when I got it home there was a screw stripped in there. So I was heading back to exchange it. I called and they told me there were closing at 7 and no one there were get it for me to make it quicker. I just got “ we don’t do that “. And they kept putting me on hold . So I get there at 6:58 and the doors were closed . So I opened it and went in. To a rude person saying saying the door was closed. I said I called and trying to do a exchange. Then she went back to say where closed ... I told them it not 7 yet... after there rude attitude I finally exchanged it ..... just to get home and find out there weee no screws in the new one.
get amazon or Lowe’s.
So I ended up returning it.. and buying it off line. I rather deal with amazon. Instead of rude people. I’m so disappointed with Home Depot ....

Always have found what I was looking for. Even when I came in with this crazy project that I never thought they'd know what to do with for something I had invented for use with my photography equipment they had answers. I had an employee spend nearly 2 hours walking me around the store trying to find parts that might look like what was in my chicken scratch diagrams and in the end I walked out of there with precisely what I needed to get the project done. I mean, I had a drawing of some circular free spinning part and he found me a ball bearing that looked exactly like it. This forever has endeared me to this store.
bought carpet and small foyer floor to be installed the sale went great the install was the worst first communication the installers could only do the carpet didn't even know there was a section of flooring oh we only do carpet then a week later 2 guys for a tiny 4x5 foyer they cut the molding short and tried to miter with a utility knife and left and said someone would be back to fix it 2 weeks later because they had to order the moldings they came back made a mess all over the deck and left without cleaning up also carpet doesn't line up can see the seem install GM doesn't have a clue over promising and under delivering this whole time not returning calls when promised etc STAY AWAY FROM INSTALLATION JOBS they suck
Originally, I had tied a Timothy Hay Bungalow up to the top of Sunshine's cage. This was great for her to sleep in. However, my wife, whom has asthma needed us to find something else. This was a problem for the last 3 nights. The evening temperature was chilly and Sunshine wanted to hang on to the side of the cage all night. Not a good idea, since the cold wrought iron cage would absorb the heat from her body through her feet. So, I have been keeping her in a pet carrier and putting her to bed on the night stand next to my side of the bed. This is o.k.. However, she needs to be able to separate from us in the evening and sleep through the night, in her own bed. Which is exactly what she is able to do, now with Sean's idea.
While in Home Depot, I had visited the outdoor building materials section to pick up a 12" form tube. (I thought I would use it to fashion a sleeping area for my bird.) I fetched the tube and now, I needed to find some hardware, rope or something I would be able to use to hang it from the inside of her cage. As I was looking down the isles, trying to determine which isle I would begin searching, Sean and his colleague in Appliances asked if they could help me. (It was actually Sean's colleague whom made the inquiry. However, I failed to get her name). Sean came up with an idea to use a hanging plant basket with a coconut liner. I abandoned my idea. Sunshine has accepted Sean's nesting material as her place to perch in the evening.
